New owner has worked really hard to make the store look nice. Still a huge selection of great used books. From children's to Science Fiction and Fantasy to Non Fiction. A nice new feature is a section for books that have just come in.

The "new" Browsers' Bookstore in Albany is renovated! It is now much brighter and welcoming. The "new" owner is welcoming and cheerful. I think a few shelves have been removed, giving a more open feel. The PNW history selection was wonderful. I look forward to continue to shop here, as I have been visiting this location (old Shakey's Pizza) for 27 years (though subjects have moved around, so I had to search a bit). Still a favourite bookstore in the area. A must stop whether traveling through Albany or on a day trip visiting the local plant nurseries.

Great selection of books, stacks, on stacks, on stacks! My partner, my mom and I each bought our own stack of books, good luck getting out of the store without an excessive amount of good books to go home with. All products 25% off until they remodel the store !

I may love this one the best my late mom's name is florence and she made an amazing orange cake too! Oops this was supposed to be about the store! The people who run this book store are very friendly and helpful! Plus for all the Veterans out there they offer a Veteran discount!!
