I was in a bit of a bind with getting some tools out to one of our techs. They went above and beyond so our guy could get the tools he needed to get his project completed.

I ordered through amazon, at an address i've lived at and ordered from for years, and get a message saying you cant find it? And yet... the message on amazon says in bold that you will try to deliver again... did your delivery guy take the shortcut because he didnt want to walk a single flight of stairs? its not even a large or heavy package? Its even the kind of package that you can just leave on the doorstep, goodness gracious. AND I get told, after a massive runaround with the various websites and customer service, that i have to go pick up my package from this location, only to discover that you have some seriously inconvenient hours. Can't get it during lunch, or before work, or even after work...

I'm so irritated that I have to have them send my package back just to correct the address. Restriction on pick up at local location isn't possible and it's too hard to get through to an actual person.

My package was delivered to the wrong house. I called UPS and was on hold for 30 minutes. I'm NOT complaining. This is during the virus scare. They are doing the best they can. When a representative spoke with me, he was very nice, very calm and understanding. He said he would contact the local person (hub??) and they would correct the mistake and someone would be in contact with me within the hour. The neighbor actually brought my package to me, but the local person DID contact me and was incredibly nice. He said he would speak with the driver (was a new guy). I just think, during the chaos that is going on, for a company as big as UPS to be so calm and helpful and friendly and actually call me back! Man. Super pleased!

They only have the call center at 800-PICKUPS
There are different levels of package commitment. You could always pay a little extra and have a time committed package
