Very poor customer service and poor service in general. They forgot to tell us about a charge for removing an item, then proceeded to send it to collections before getting ahold of us. Now they want the payment to restore our service 5 years later since we moved back, even though they were already paid by an agency and dropped our credit score. Literally and metaphorically a very trashy company.

Horrible service! They don't even deserve 1 star. Tried scheduling an extra pickup online twice, they never showed up. But when I actually called them to see if they would finally come, I'm glad they didn't show up because I was informed it would cost $112 dollars to empty two bins! Absolutely outrageous! What a bunch of greedy freaking swindlers.

Worst, worst, worst. No communication with the public that they are, and have closed the Lebanon transfer station. Prices were ridiculous to begin with, but where do you take trash now??? Half the time when they do pick up my curbside trash, the container is still half full. They do not recycle half of what they should. I guess when you have a monopoly on something, you can become a rotten company and not care. They really deserve negative stars.

I had to call 4 different times to get a container and they kept saying that the order never got submitted then when I called to have it picked up once again they didn't pick it up had to call 3 different times they seem to have an excuses for every call. I order a 2 yard container once again, I call to make sure we where getting it and once again the had no order and then they guaranteed that I would have it on Wednesday, I called and now they told me that I called to late and it was not going to be deliver until Thursday I should not have to call everyday for you to get it right. Unfortunately you have the monopoly on the garbage service
