We egad to wait for more than 2 hours

I sceduled an appointment a week ago and they just called me on the day of to ask me to reschedule because they were busy and the doctor wants to get out early. Its been a long time since I went to see a doctor and I was up since 5:30 am taking care of business so I can make it on time. Bad business for sure working with them. They told me I can reschedule for a day 2 weeks from now. Ill go somewhere else. The receptionist told me they can schedule me for a quick check up today if I wanted lol who wants to get seen by a doctor who just wants to get you in and out. Not me.

Extremely slow. Took over 2 hours from my time of arrival to even get in a room.

This is in regards to the counselor Gabriel if it weren't for him I would be a total mess he's the greatest he takes the time to listen no matter how busy he is I wish there were more counselors like him in the world it would be a much better place and the dosing nurses are the bomb all I need to say is thank god for this place this is just one more greatful addict sayi g Great Job West County.
