Since 2018 I have lived here, and the environment is great, & friendly. The community is Clean, and quiet. If any thing needs fixing, maintenance takes care of it immediately. Safe parking, great amenities. Although COVID has limited some things, the community manager keeps you updated on changes. There is a diverse culture, which I love. Close shopping center. This place offers you an urban feel with a quaint home like feeling.

The living condition, environment, and amenities are quite comfortable, and I would give 5 stars for living condition alone. The problem, however, is management. While many staffs are affable, some are...concerning. Firstly, is rudeness in tone and gesture, which is I'm personally sort of OK with. I'll give the benefit of doubt that they're having a bad day, but this behavior is far from professional. Secondly, they have shown indifference and negligence when asked for help. They do not respond to messages sent through the residential portal timely or check with their collegues about information on the matter. I had had some issue with a package, and they stated that they were not in the office when the package was delivered, did not want to check with the college who may be in the office at that time, and dismissed the request for help. Overall, a decent apartment complex, but unfortunately, asking some of the staffs for help may ruin the day.

The apartment was exceptionally clean for the move-in, and a minor repair issue was fixed quickly. The pool/spa, exercise room and community room are all nice and on-site management is a pleasure to work with. I'm very happy at Channel Point :)

We recently completed our 1 year lease with Channel Point. Our apartment was modern and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Long Beach. The office staff were always professional and helpful. The pool area, fire pit and gym, (although sometime crowded) were enjoyable and fun. During our stay we met many great neighbors.
