The alarms at the door I've seen go off on people quit a few times actually and I've seen the people helped without checking the receipt or anything. It finally happened to me today and without even asking for my receipt some guy starts accusing me of stealing when all my items were paid for so I pulled out my receipt and had to wait patiently with everyone walking by looking while he checked every item. It's quit the welcoming exit fred meyers I am never shopping here again they are racist I see why Walmart and target both have more stars then you do

Visited the Auburn Washington store where I normally shop only to checkers several isles with more than 20 people per aisle and three including the manager checkers standing around and watching everybody went up to the lady who I have known for quite some time as a checker and she was complaining about the hours she was at the store but yet she was still there unwilling to open up a checkstand to get people out I will not be shopping at Fred Meyer anymore

On Julyv12, 2022, at the Johnson St Fred Meyer, I was unable to give the clerk at the self check out line an empty soda stream bottle for an exchange; I was told to go to Customer Service. I left that line and had to wait in the Customer Service line for 35 minutes, just to be told they were out of them. Only one poor soul was working, and she was running her tail off. I understand staffing is a challenge, but rather then have staff at the end of grocery lines packing the bags, why not cross train everyone so at least 2 people are working at any given time in customer service.

What's on my list today? A new American flag, but apparently they are only sold around 4th of July. We live in America! Why would you not sell our countries flag year round? Am I the only one who finds this strange, and even offensive? I really hope those in charge of making these decisions will consider what I am saying. Overpriced merchandise is becoming the new normal, yet quality and quantity are becoming more and more limited. What is happening to this one stop shopping store?

They don't believe in getting rid of the bad seeds, they just ship them to another store, they continue to switch them until they don't bother them anymore. They leave them at a store that they don't have to deal with.

Why are you posting this on this website
It's about eleven and a half miles , and approximately a 25 minute drive.
There are numerous Fred Meyer fuel stations throughout Idaho. In Utah, you'll find Smith's fuel stations (Smith's being part of the Kroger company, as is Fred Meyer.) In Arizona, you see Fry's fuel stations (Fry's, again like Smith's and Fred Meyer, is part of the Kroger company.)
The HR director at the 20th and Burnside location is QANON and tells employees "masks don't work" and that Fauci and Gates "created the virus in a lab for population control".
Speak to the manager on duty. They need to know this.
Despite the popular opinion that plastic bags are worse for the environment the carbon footprint of paper bags are very similar. Even the environmental wunderkin the "tote bag" has an extremely high carbon footprint and in fact is more ecologically unsound unless it is used a considerable number of times. Plastic bags, while being a frivolous use of dinosaur juice, can in fact be very environmentally sound provided they're used multiple times. A good suggestion is to utilize them as replacements for other plastic bags that you use in your daily life (garbage bags, transporting lunch, poopetyscoopity, filtering your homemade artisanal hemp milk, etc.) Increasing the utility of the plastic bag decreases the carbon footprint. If recycling the bag is your primary concern there are several services that do just that, many retailers have collection bins where you can return bags. Alternatively, learn to juggle or weave a hearty wooden basket from fallen twigs. Go sans bag all together.
Every store and division has different limits it would be best to take the check to the issuing bank or your bank.
This has nothing to do with the Main Office. Take it back to the Fred Meyer store you bought it from and have them refund your money with the information you have from the third party company that declined it. No further questions please on this subject. Thank you.
