9/7/2022 I got a massage today with Kevin. I was very unsatisfied with service today. I have had many massages and the technique used was horrible. It’s the type you get at the mall all elbow ramming into your back. He was not pleasant and I felt very negative energy from him. I pay for a membership and expect quality. My massage also ended 3:23 when I booked a 1hr and it started a little after 2:30 I would say 2:36 and I arrived early I would say you get about 40mins massage. I asked for medium pressure which felt very light when I requested a little bit more pressure, it went from zero to 100 and he was digging his elbows into my back and spine. I tensed up numerous times and did not have any concern nor asked if it was ok and kept going until I requested less pressure. Which again felt like air. This by far was one of the worse massages I have received and will be considering a membership cancellation because this is not the quality I pay for. I also got a birthday service and never received it during my massage previous to this one. He was apparently highly requested but realized they say that about everyone I have booked with. I am left hurting

Pauline does amazing facials! She’s a dual threat cause her massage is great too! Easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about how products work with skin. She’s awesome! And the ladies ant the front desk are always super sweet and friendly.
