I very much enjoy this store. Personal stories of high expectations and mediocre results are a “them” problem. Despite the challenges this store faces (not a great location, close to WalMart, a Savers is down the highway) this location keeps giving. Great people, solid selection, and great specials bring me back. Do I wish the locations were all linked. Yes! But that is a me want. Does not interfere with the quality of the store and it’s offerings. This store is so worth a weekly check-in! Highly recommended!

I went into Plato’s closet in Pleasanton and they were not welcoming and was not friendly. She wasn’t rude but made us uncomfortable. On Friday July 22nd at 2 pm the lady’s were not accommodating. They were also not friendly when we checked and it officially was not busy!

Super bummed. Went for the first time since the Dublin location closed. The store was just sad. Very small selection of clothes, weird smells, poor showcasing. The employees were really nice. The one girl that kept saying everything was 'fire' was funny.
