Came with the expectations this would be another mandatory class I was forced to attend, that took me away from my work. Left with the impression that there's still some teachers that will go to extensive lengths to help you further your education while in the union. Mr.Phillips one of the best educators I ever had a chance to learn from. Keep the whole class entertained with his distinctive way of showing us the importance of safety through his personal past experiences and his previous work experience. Helped me learn the importance of MEWPS and preventing work accidents caused from human error or machine failure.

It could take a month or a year. If you have a company to sponsor your apprenticeship, it will move a lot faster
To get into carpenters training is better to go into a City apprenticeship program. I am from San Francisco so you have to go through a community organization called citybuild a trains Carpenters electricians plumbers to work in San Francisco but you have to be a San Francisco resident I'm pretty sure in your city they should have an apprenticeship program sometimes they are 3 to 6 months it all depends on the program. The other way is you can pay your union dues which is about seven eight hundred to get on then it's $27 a month after that but you have to find a sponsor so that means you have to go job to job or you have to have someone that is going to hire you already
A Carpenter that's not a journey man. Hustle all your jobs. Dont be scared. You good.
Class starts at 7am
