This Mini location provides outstanding service. The staff is friendly and professional and appropriately communicate the progress/status of my vehicle. The representatives are very “up front” concerning pricing and there are never any surprises or hidden costs.

Well, my exeprince was weird and different at the Hendricks Auto Buying Center located in East Bay MINI. If your car selling deal doesn't work out, then the 'feel good' factor is on the other side of the spectrum! After submission theu KBB, I scheduled at the Center to asess/sellmy 2017 RX 350. It was late around 5:45pm and I met with James A. He was polite and looked around the car and noted couple of rash spots. When asked if I was ready to sell or think it over, I stated if the price is right I can sell then and there. The vehicle color Lexus identifies as Satin Cashmere Metallic, KBB identifies closely to Beige/Tan whereas he put down as Gold. Well ok. We then went inside and waited for some time. He then came back with the offer - and I immediately noted it was too low! Him: "We can meet midway between teh stated $29500 and KBB's $31000 as thete are soem paint work" Me: " No, it's too low" I showed him the NADAGuide and Edmind's trade-in and retail quotes around $34-36k. Him: "They don't buy and sell cars". Me: " The price is still very low" Him: "OK. Bye" And walks away. That's it. I quietly collected my papers and I thought to myself of the whole negativity of the situation! As we sat in the car to depart, even my 5 year old son who was accompanying me commented, "Papa, that person was rude. 'Ruderefic', that's my word. Papa, please don't come here again" Lol Even he, while observing the whole situation, had to state soemthing! And I did notice that the person was leaving the parkign lot, meaning we were the last customer and perhaps he was in a hurry to leave and get home. Anyways, that's my personal experienece. They are a large multi-state dealer, so folks will have different experiences. Be prepared - if your deal works out, folks are nice. If not, it's a mixed bag.
