Rented a 7 passenger SUV to help transport guests around during a memorial. When, 2 days into the rental, I actually needed a 6th seat, i found they actually gave me a 5 seater. I was 2 hr away. The worst part (and the reason for the 2 stars) is that there is NO WAY to contact them outside of business hours. Their online Chat is worthless; the telephone to the local philadelphia office rang 6 times then self-hung up (i tried over and over). I find this company very unsatisfactory and recommend against them.

No.. but they have a drop box. You fill the information and drop your key.
Avis doesn't have store drivers however you can call the local operators and see if they can accommodate you. Every case is different but usually you have to go into the Avis budget office and pick up the car either via Lyft uber or dropped off or your own personal vehicle. Avis doesn't not off on lot overnight parking so you would have to park on the street or have be accompanied by someone. Hopefully this will help you. Enjoy your stay
