Disssapointed in this Kay Jewelers and I can't help but think it was racially biased (I'm an African American woman). I went in and the associate asks if she can help me and I explain that I'm looking for a gold ring and she says "we only have real gold we don't have gold plated." What do I look like coming into a jewelry store looking for gold plated jewelry? My family has shipped at Kay's for years and we have never been treated unjust but this took the cake.
