If I could give them zero I would the level of unprofessionalism is unreal. The company keeps try to get the secondary insurance insurance to pay for dates if service that they should cover.. When I call to discuss it because it has been happening for a little over a year now. They disconnect the call, the ppl who answer the phone are so rude. Choose another company, don't say I didn't warn you

Thanks for your question. Please visit the LFAO.ORG website and choose "Tax Withholding Form" from the Forms / Publications section. The form is in Retired Pension Forms / Information of the Pension - Laborers section. Print and complete the form to send to the Fund. You can also submit your request to reduce your 10% federal tax check with your written information to the Fund by mail, in person, or fax 707-864-5502. If you have more questions or need assistance, please call the pension department.

In order to do so, please contact the Pension department by calling Monday thru Friday, between 8am and 5pm at 707-864-2800.
