I am amazed with the process.over 100 drive through orders, not a single mistake. Solid system. If you are really in rush, can't afford a delay, this place works like a clock. Had a very bad experience today, they gave sausage biscuit instead of cheese biscuit which we ordered, I had to drive up all the way back to store and to my surprise for the attendant does not even care for the mistake or accident. On the contrary she was very rude when I mentioned about it saying "go to next counter" to pick up food. Whatever I say she won't even listen and keeps on yelling "go to next counter". Person on the next one was very nice, acknowledged the mistake and even apologized for it and said will report to manager about rudeness about other person. Hopefully he does that as said.

Wow! People seem to expect great service from McDonalds! Are they new? I havent been to that one. Hopefully they get there act together and make McDonald's shine
