I came in there to purchase a lockbox and they limited me to one. When they had over 7+ in stock. And reached out to the manger the next day and told me all of them are sold out and sold over 5 less than 8 hours from the time I left. Very hard to believe that five individual agents will came in there less than eight hours from when I was there and bought five lockboxes individually. And would not let me purchase more than one after paying yearly member fees for an completely outdated MLS that feels like I'm using something out of 1990's and they treat me like this???

Bay East is an association of Realtors, not Architects, but what you describe is a studio.
Check the website for hours. Usually closed on holidays.
This is the "Bay Area" association of REALTORS® offices in Pleasanton. A good location.
You can't search by agent or brokerage (unless it's you/your own) ... only way is to download all of the sales data then try to sort it manually
