Very disappointed! Placed my first order almost 2 months ago (I ordered my favorite Gelbwürst) cause I can’t get it anywhere in town. When I received my order it was the wrong order. It belonged to someone else. I called Rieker and spoke to the mgr/owner Paul or Marcus I’m not quite sure which one and told him what happened he asked me, “Well, did you like the order?” I said it’s a great order but it’s not mine and it’s not what I ordered. The packing slip had someone else’s name on it. He did tell me he would send me another order and he would send me 3lbs instead of the 2lb that I ordered. I just received my order today. I opened the box and the dry ice was melted and the meat was luke warm. Ughhhh!! Very disappointed AGAIN!! I called Rieker AGAIN and I explained to the gal what happened abt the 1st order being wrong and she rudely said to me, yeah I know all abt that order because that was the first time that’s ever happened and I told her, I doubt that because the lady that it was supposed to go to is missing her order to. She hung up on me and I called back, she answered the phone and I asked her why she hung up on me and she said we got disconnected and I said yeah right! She took down my name and number and said she would have someone call me back….. I will let you know if they do. Horrible customer service!!

Yes we do have German vinegar! We have several seasoned vinegars, apple vinegar, Salata, Tafel-essig, and concentrated Essig essenz. They range in price from 3.99 to 4.99, and they are all imported from Germany.
Yes we do have pork belly! Usually the kitchen will put cure on the pork belly as soon as it comes in, so that is definitely one of the items that you should order ahead of time so that they don't turn it into bacon. You can place an order by calling the store directly at 215-745-3114.
Hi! Thanks for your question. Our store is one way during the Covid Pandemic, so you'll be entering the store from our parking lot entrance in the back, and exiting the store at the front by the register. Every person is required to wear a mask that covers their mouth and nose. The store does have limited occupancy, but we've been good about keeping the lines moving when they form. The checkout counter, Deli countertops, andbhigh traffic areas are being disinfected several times a day. If you have any other questions feel free to give us a call at 215-745-3114!

My son and I get a lot of different German meat there. I asked him about so use and he said they do have it. They make a very good German potato salad. Love that place. Just wish it was closer, not 45minutes one way.

Riekers is primarily a MEAT market but they do carry farm raised FOWL. For smoked fish of different types you need to go to either Bell's Market or Net Cost.
