Wow! People seem to expect great service from McDonalds! Are they new? I havent been to that one. Hopefully they get there act together and make McDonald's shine
I was there yesterday and it appeared that there were new people that weren't ready. The cashier seemed confused and frazzled. The order caller was mixing up to go and dine in orders and my oreo mcflurry was a soft serve cup with oreo chips at the bottom. Lol. They were definitely not having a good day.
Weird how our experiences have been so different. Guess I'll have to try the later shifts to see for myself. Hope you both have directed comments directly to the corporate office of McDonald's.
Absolutely the Worst customer service! Extremely rude Manager at night drive thru!!
