If I could give zero stars I would. Cps are incompetent abuse enablers. When I Told them a 37 yr old was giving drugs To a minor they only investigated the parent of the victim . Not the drug pusher . The drug pusher has no justice brought to him . My one star is a ZERO. Because cps enables abuse to children

What is important to know about this ordinance is that the adult is responsible for any loss, damage, fatality, et al. if it should happen and will face any and all criminal charges associated with it. The ordinance basically is requiring the parent/guardian to use common sense when leaving children alone.
