Joseph Ketner Const. came highly recommended and did not disappoint. They replaced about 1/2 the old T1-11 siding on my house with new Hardie Plank in May '22. They did a great job from start to finish! Great communication, on time, professional - I will definitely have them back to do the rest when funds allow.

Joe’s team added a portico to my house. All we gave them was a picture for inspiration, and they executed it to perfection. Everyone says it looks like it belonged there from the beginning. Steve and Matthew were prompt every day and great to work with. Communication was clear and there were no surprises. This was the second big project I’ve used them for. They also changed the siding at my old house. I will definitely call on them in the future.

Shawn and I originally had planned to replace our siding and one or two sets of side windows. When Joe showed up to gives his bid he had included some estimates for alternative scenarios, including replacing the front porch, door and bay window for superior curb appeal. It was because of this vision and initiative presented in a non-pressuring manner which caused us to select Ketner Construction. It was an expensive and lengthy project but we are very pleased with the results. The beginning of the project coincided with the beginning of Covid, which didn't make anything easier or faster. We appreciate Joe and his crews taking safety concerns seriously. The siding crew of Armando, Gerry and Alex was hardworking and respectful of the property. Whenever any question arose Armando would always say that the goal was to make us happy. We enjoyed talking to them and having them around. At no added cost Joe put us in contact with Alberto to build a new porch and walkway. He did excellent work at a very reasonable price. I enjoy showing admirers of the porch pictures of the former monstrosity occupying the spot. We have to give special thanks to Steve, who installed 5 sets of windows, the entry door and sidelight and a double door exterior closet. None of these were simple straightforward operation; they were all completed with artistry and skill. He could always be counted on to come up with an elegant solution regarding doors, windows and beyond. It helped our stress level to be able to ay to each other, "We'll see what steve thinks." We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the Hardie plank siding looked and I no longer need to chased off the Northern Flickers boring through 60 year old cedar. With the addition of high quality paint from Miguel and crew the house should be set for many years. Now, on to the fence!

We chose Joseph Ketner Construction from the excellent reviews. We were very happy with the job from start to finish. Each person we dealt with from the crew, to the office staff, and Joseph himself were fantastic to deal with. All were eager to keep us up to date on the job and let us know what to expect. No questions were too small and each person seemed to sincerely want to make us happy customers. We feel grateful, knowing that our house is protected from all types of weather and looks so much better than it did when they started. Hands down this is the best company we have ever worked with on a home project.
