I love Night Flight!! I have had many positive experiences here for the last 7(!!) years, from my very first time doing aerial to now. I've been in classes with many of the instructors, especially those focusing on silks, including John, Paulina, Chalese, Jessi, Kerri, Danny, and Jack. All have been so lovely, so helpful, with such good intentions, each with different skill sets, and support. I love this place, and I would love to see the 7-8 week classes come back :)

I have been coming to Night Flight for over a year and have nothing but good things to say about it! I really appreciate the studio’s emphasis on a strong & healthy foundation —each series focuses on a logical progression of skills that build off each other. I always know what I’m working towards, and my instructor John gives me clear feedback and helpful tips to help me get there. He is super encouraging and he’s always willing to demo or walk me through a skill as many times as I need. I absolutely love taking classes here!

This studio is an inviting and warm place. The studio cares about safety and your own capabilities to perform Safe. I enjoy the fact you have to grow at your own pace to get to the next level. I do t feel rushed. I feel confident when I climb silks and transition. This place builds confidence. Plus having a male instructor it’s a huge influence on the males in the world of aerial. John is an amazing, patient, funny, experienced, makes moves look beautiful instructor in town. Plus they have wonderful Christina who is a confident instructor with a lot of sass. Building community is strong at this studio and I end up with an amazing set of friends. Night Flight studio all the way.

For being the most expensive studio in town, the quality is not great. Taken a few series over the years and been disappointed. The studio has a strong focus on conditioning, which they do fairly well. However the classes aren’t particularly fun or creative. The vibe is standoffish and doesn’t feel that welcoming. Very stiff classes. Could do a better job at this by having students introduce their names/pronouns/get to know you questions. Have been to every aerial studio in town and they all have their pros and cons. The pro here is conditioning, so if that’s what you’re looking for, this studio has whatcha need.

Questions & Answers

What does a beginner require to start taking classes? Im talking "never even touched a silk" beginner? What do I need for preparations and what am I to expect? Also, what are the costs for Beginner 1 & 2, and Drop-Ins? Thanks!

Hi Hannah, You can take the Beginning Aerial 1 Series if you are an absolute beginner. Our Series work as a progression. Beginning Aerial 1 and 2 are designed to build foundational skills as well as strength and flexibility, and the training is split between silks and trapeze. You will need to lift your own body weight, so it is physically and mentally challenging, but you will learn how to do it by trying over and over again. A Series meets once a week for six weeks. When you enroll in a Series, you will attend at the same time on the same day every week. The cost for a 6-week Series is $144. If you want to try it out before you commit to a Series, you can attend one of our weekend Drop-ins. These are your Drop-in options: Beginning Aerial Drop-in – Saturday 12:30-2pm Beginning Aerial Drop-in – Sunday 12:30-2pm Drop-ins are $25, and you can sign up online 7 days in advance. Take care! We hope to see you soon!
