This company is family oriented and really cares that you get the best they can do for you. I was devastated when I found out the mess I was in when my husband died. It took me three years to work up the courage to sell our equipment and Rhineland was still there. They could have easily stole from me and I wouldn't have been able to do a thing. They didn't steal and were very understanding when it got emotional for me. I would recommend Rhineland to anyone especially widows

I have bought vehicles and hundreds of other Items. They are fair and upfront with their rules and expectations from customers. I have heard them explaining how the titles are received and waiting times. they post notices and information on vehicles that have title problems so you will know before you bid. I question the complaints I see posted. likely the people didn't read or listen to the policies and wait times that are posted everywhere.

I have done business as a buyer with reinland for more than 10 years and tens of thousands of dollars. They are extremely professional and their customer service is unlike anything I have ever experienced at an auction. UPDATE: BUYER BEWARE - things are good as long as things go their way. I ended up with a few issues and they flat out turned their back on a long time loyal customer. So unfortunate, a little customer service would have solved everything. I will not be going back.
