I have ordered here before under the previous owner and it was a horrible experience of the owner/manager belittling the teen employees and them being stressed to the max. I was hesitant to come back, but apparently the new owners got their stuff together and it was ready for us when we arrived and looks great. Pleasantly surprised!

I came here to get a pizza because it sounds good haven’t been here forever, I ordered the customer service was amazing, sat down waiting for my order, there’s older gentleman Gray and white hair I’m assuming he was a manager for the way he was treating the employees, he was very demeaning very disrespectful to his employees. He was by the pizza making station but he was yelling at the people at the cash register, I feel he was very unprofessional to his staff and to the customers who were in the store who could hear and see what he was doing

After I cooked and cut my pizza it all went wrong. The cheese isn't melted and the cuts are horrible uneven. They didn't even give me a box and the saran wrap ripped off all the cheese when I tried to remove it. I had to hit Walmart to get more. I'm giving two stars instead of one because the employee who spoke with me, Dylan, was very kind to me while I was ordering.

Papa Murphy's makes great pizza. They are close to home. The floors are clean. I have to confess that the customer service could use some intentional leadership. They hire mostly kids from high school up to early twenties I would guess. These "kids" do what kids are expected to do. They are focused on their phones when the place is slow. I would suggest cleaning up the assembly line and or watching the drive thru window for people to arrive. I think it might even help if the employees were a little more customer aware. Don't be on your phone in plain sight WHILE a customer is waiting at the drive thru and can see you sitting on the counter in the back room on your cell phone while I wait for you to come help me. Or put a driveway patrol chime at the front door and/or the drive thru so you know when someone comes in and needs your attention. Great pizza cooked at home. A bit to expensive for uncooked pizza but I only go once in a while.
