Prior to booking an appointment at Charlotte's, I called and asked a ton of questions because I was really nervous about the entire process. Being a plus-size AND queer bride I was concerned about how I would be treated and wondered if I could have the kind of dress shopping experience I always dreamed about. You know what? It was even BETTER. Everyone on staff was kind and happy to celebrate every bride who walked through the doors. My consultant, Stephanie, went out of her way to make sure I had the best "Dress Day" EVER. She took the time to listen and celebrate our love story, which helped put me more at ease in the appointment. It was like having a bestie cheering me on, despite having only just met. When she told me the dress I was most excited about had been discontinued, I was worried I might not find my dream dress. It didn't matter, though, because Stephanie worked some kind of magic and found me my perfect dress. She even went out of her way to call the designers to see if a custom feature could be added because she knew it was really important to me. I'm so grateful that I chose Charlotte's for this important day and I can't wait to see my sparkle-sensation dress when it arrives in the fall. I've waited my whole adult life to get married. Thanks to Stephanie, I'm going to look freaking BEAUTIFUL when I do.

I had an amazing experience this past week. I would like to thank my stylist Ruby for her care and effort to find the perfect dress for me! I was pretty anxious before the appointment because I didn’t know what to expect. It was such a fun, and easy process and I found “the” dress during the appointment. My family and friends had a great time as well. I went to another bridal store later that day and it was a completely different experience. Charlottes Bridal staff really put effort in to take care of the client. They are so friendly, professional and made me feel super comfortable. I highly recommend visiting if you’re looking for a dress! Thank you again!

This was the best bridal shop experience I had! I did a full day of wedding dress shopping the day prior to my appointment, but Charlotte's had so many options and the privacy for my bridal party and intimate experience with my stylist made it incredible! Brittany was so amazing! She called me before my appointment and took time to look for what I wanted. I felt very heard and my style choices were respected! She was so patient and so encouraging, as I was nervous about the whole dress shopping experience. She took extra time to help me visualize my day of look on the dress I picked to see how it all worked together! I would so highly recommend this shop as they are incredible!

I was floored with my experience here! Brittany called me a couple days before to chat ideas and get to know me. She had me send her some inspiration photos and did her homework with checking out my Pinterest board! All the dresses she had lined up for me were on point with what I had envisioned (lace, buttons, veil etc) and guess what?? I said yes to the dress! Brittany was quick, friendly and amazing with my family. The check out process went smooth and payments are doable here. No pressure to get credit cards or anything you wouldn’t want to do.
