Booked a waterslide two weeks before the birthday party. The morning of the party I tried calling to see when they would be there and no one would answer. Finally found another number and all the guy would say is they closed due to covid. When I asked why no one called to tell me all he kept saying was closed because of covid. I will never use this company again.

These guys were great from the set up to the break down. The paradise and the Obstacle Course was amazing. My grandson had the best Birthday ever. Will definitely rent from them again. 😊😊😊

I was absolutely shocked that this place is even considered a Business, One of the most stressful things I’ve had to deal with. they came a day before our birthday party was booked. They let us know about 20 minutes ahead of time which we were in town shopping so weren’t expecting them to be there. Then they left a blower that wouldn’t even get the bouncy house all the way up we had to rent a different blower for the day because we couldn’t get them to do anything about it we use their bouncy house but a different companies blower to actually make the bouncy house work and then they didn’t pick it up that day but picked it up the following day and called us first thing in the morning saying they were already at the venue even though it wasn’t our home or anything so we had to rush and drive over there to meet them when they had given us no information about pick up time. It’s really worth the little bit of extra money to rent from a different place and save yourself a lot of drama.
