Get to Hickory Soup Kitchen, they can help you, salvation army is behind thei r thrift store on LR blvd. You need to be in line by 3:00 pm to get a bed. They will also feed you supper, you can take a shower and launder clothes at the Lifehouse behind the shelter. The soup kitchen opens their doors at 7:00 am, they usually have water, coffee and doughnuts out for breakfast, you can also take a shower there if you do it before 10:30, they have toiletries just ask skip or austin, they serve a hot meal from 11:30-12:30 each day Monday thru friday. You can get a bag of groceries once a month with a photo id. You can ask skip to get a voucher for clothes from CCM just down the road. They usually have free bread out, and sometimes pizzas. They have posted at doors weekend meals at local churches, and other giveaways, their are warming shelters only if really cold out, also they announce those daily before lunch at soup kitchen.
