You can reserve the 2 shelters at the park, you'll have to go to the parks and recreation office to reserve, theres a deposit and a rental fee depending on how long you wish to use it.

Splash pad closed. Played on playground. No yellow tape. . lots of people there .

No. Just Zahra Baker park...can use bathroom there and the picnic tables. The play equipment still has police tape around them. Kiwanis and the ball park sections are closed to the public. Law Enforcement frequently checks the area because of drug dealer mayhem. Carefully watch your children.

They do have covered picnic areas. I would call the city.

The upper section for Zahra Baker memorial park is free you just have to call the city of hickory an make a reservation

I would say yes, because the are kept up by the city. I know you can rent the picnic tables for parties.
