Do you have to reserve a spot for a bday party or can you just come up there I have tried to call

It's a public park. Itd be best just to show up early enough to get there before someone else if you want the covered area with benches. If you're still curious.. I would suggest printing up a flyer to place in 2 or 3 major public areas with your contact info. Someone will probably call.
