Not the Hickory splash pad but Newton Rec. Center just opened up a splash pad which can be reserved for parties. Private Parties $50.00/ Hr. -Resident - (2 Hr. max) $75.00/ Hr. -Non-Resident - (2 Hr. max) Private Parties Hours: Monday-Friday 10 am – 12 pm Sunday 6 pm – 8 pm
