I went to these trails and "lakes" today and I'd say hell no. Someone's dogs ran into the water and we're playing and when they came out there was a foul smell where they ran across the trail again. This is sitting water with zero movement. Saw maybe 2-3 water birds so nothing there to support more wild life.
Thanks for the detailed response. Sad that SoCal has so few freshwater places to swim.
