Fantastic place to stop before or after a day of enjoying the outdoors. The owners were so kind and the food was better than a home cooked meal, and still with a home cook feel. Absolutely making this a stop whenever I visit the area. Even if it's just a stop for an amazing pastry.

I had a great experience eating at the pine House Cafe. The owners/staff were friendly and very helpful. It was my first time in the area and they answered all of my questions with a smile. The place has great music, good food, lovely atmosphere and even some french delicacies. We will definitely be back

Beautiful setting, amazing food and ambiance. Chimney is gorgeous and staff awesome. Music is 👍👍too. It’s so cool that mount laguna has such a great place.

I think that the story is, they staff for weeknights, and sometimes get overwhelmed on weekends. Its a cozy place in a small town. Things are on a slower timeline there. If you want a quick bite, this isn't the place for you. If you want to spend some time chatting with friends while the servers and the food percolate, it's a great little rustic spot. We all thought that the food (other than the muffin) was excellent, the service was slow and a bit befuddled. I'll definitely return.

Is it legal for pets to be in any restuarant or grocery store in California? No, only service dogs. Not pets or emotional support animals. Those can stay on the patio or stay home. Would you mind if I brought my horse to stand next to you while you ate ?
