You know when a wonderful weekend and experience are ruined by one thing/person. Well, if you want to be yelled at for walking in the rain or even considering pulling over in the giant parking lot, the owner of this establishment is your guy. What a shame to have such an angry person in the mountains. I hope his attitude puts him out of business.

This store is cool and rustic. Then you have two grumpy old men who are not friendly and make me feel as though I was bothering him with my overpriced purchases. Found out that no fires or stoves allowed at campsite last minute and so I purchased canned chili and Cup Noodles. The guy rudely questioned me about how I’m going to cook them. Mind your own business.

Great place to stay. Rooms were very clean. Owners Tom & John were amazing and went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met, including giving my daughter and I a ride back to the PCT.

Stopped here for soda. They had what I wanted and the price was commensurate with the location. $2.40 for a Coke (worth tax). In town they are usually around $2 to $2.30. So nothing crazy. Anyway the guy there seemed really nice. He was talking to a family while I was helped by a younger guy. Oh, there's a $10 minimum for credit and debit purchases. But that is customary for smaller locations.

All of our units have propane heat. The 1 bedrooms have a forced air heater. The fireplace can be used if you choose.
Lots of snow
Nope- no snow now on Jan 7th 21. By January 29th 21, lots of snow! The simplest way to tell is to go visit the Laguna Mtn Lodge web cam at " lagunamountain dot com " -- not secure BTW. And see what current conditions are. As of today - 1/29/21 - there is heavy snow... but in a week it could be all gone. So check!
Hotel rooms or cabins no house or apartments to rent unfortunately and you can only stay three nights minimum no more than three nights two nights on weekends
Hi Stephanie, Would be best to call and talk to John directly for pricing. Just guessing here but i would imagine around$100 a night.
