Not man-made but adjusted to accommodate man.
No
It is natural as a national Park can be
The national park is made open to public by Man ofcourse but the park is at its wildest wilderness 😀. It is one of the most beautiful places on earth
No. Glacier national park is not man made.
The landscape is not man made. however the roads are.
I am sorry if I dont understand your context, but I am assuming you are asking if the park campgrounds are man-made? The back country campgrounds are fairly natural with the exception of the toilet or latrine, bear poles or bear boxes for storing food, and the cleared out pads for placing tents. There are usually some downed trees for sitting on or sometimes rocks. Hope that helps!
The paths are man made but they stay true to the already existing landscape. The places were more man made structures are put in are for convenience and safety (like handrails).
This is a very interesting question. It was made my nature, which man is a part of.
