I have a VIP Pass good for me & 1 adult, and will have 2 other passenger. We 4 want to drive to Glen Cove (no farther) on Sunday, July 18, arriving at gate 9:30am - 10:00am. Can I pay for the other 2 passengers at the gate? Or buy online ahead?
