Yes. Especially in certain areas. But, it's well worth it. At Redbud it's good to go hike shortly after a rain. You'll stand the best chance to see the natural springs/waterfalls.

Yes in some areas, but trails are passable, mainly slick on the rocks. Use caution.

is the road to the park still closed? i tried driving up there on N 161st, but the railroad was broken from a storm on Tiger Switch road and i couldn’t find another way!
