How do I deal with a situation where a driver says they tried to deliver a package not once but twice and no body was home and I know for a fact I was home all day on both days in question?

I have this problem frequently, I normally call and report it. Some drivers make a bad reputation for the whole business. I have this problem with the same driver for my location, and if it was my choice I would rather use UPS!

Leaving a note should do it. If not, call local office to make arrangements or you can usually pick it up there after drivers return.
