I work next door to this UPS store; therefore I come here often to have documents scanned and downloaded to different companies. Kyle is an asset to this store in many ways, he's always upbeat and eager to help. I suggest he gets a big raise!

We tried to go to another location and it was closed. We called Kyle and he assured us he would stay open for us, even though we were cutting it close to closing time. We arrived and he was very friendly and extremely helpful. I really appreciate good service and efficiency which Kyle embodies. We will drive the extra mile to come to this location for good service.

Big shout out to Thomas, the UPS store clerk at the Oleander Drive store. Thank you, Thomas for your persistence in helping me not only locate my package but for holding it. That’s a rare and unique quality to have in an employee, one that will work that hard to give the best customer satisfaction possible. Once I was back in town, I went over to the store and Raven was a great help too, explaining how Thomas had reached out to her and had actually called her to let her know that the package was there and I would be coming by to get it. Kudos to them both for teamwork.
