New York Chinese Buffet

I was in the area so I decided to try the place because I like Chinese buffet , the food was really good and the customer service was good. And you get a good amount of food for the price. I will be returning.

I gave a 2 because the food is not bad, but the place is terrible. The ceiling is dirty, old and broken, all the wall need to be painted, all the place need a remodeling. On top of that they need to add someone to check what people do on the buffet, because when we already finished to eat, a customer who just entered was looking around all the food in the buffet and with a tongs he grabbed a shrimp and he put very close to his noise and he smelled and after he put it back in the pan with all the other shrimps! 😭😭

Just no. If you absolutely must eat. Sure. I really think that becuase they cook so much food. The quality goes out the door. Cook smaller portions and you will see the taste improve. Go to your normal Chinese spot versus this buffet. You'll see what I mean.

Have eaten here previous to the renovations that were done. Its much cleaner and some of the booths have been replaced. Ice cream station is a no go. Its just containers of ice cream they want you to dig out yourself. Other than a salad and fruit bar, hibachi, sushi, and chinese selection, there was also french fries, chicken wings and pizza. The food was hot but we did witness a barbecue rib that had dropped on the counter being put back into the tray of ribs. Definitely not something I'm okay with.
