Would put 0 stars if possible. Dumbest company on the planet. Ordered a package from Walmart and they unfortunately tried to use these people to deliver. So of course I couldn't get my package because I somehow have an incorrect address? Like I live on Mars or something. So of course now I have to go all over creation to get it delivered somewhere else. Thanks a lot. Please shut down already so this will stop happening to people.

I contacted Fed Ex 6 times during the time period I was trying to receive a package. I asked over and over again to have it redirected. They assured me they would redirect but in the end they did not. They delivered it to a wrong address and allowed someone at that unknown address sign my name to receive my package. Customer service is horrible and they accept no responsibility! Use UPS or another carrier. I would have been better off with any company other than Fed Ex!!

Associate working the counter was extremely rude. Not knowing how to utilize all the supplies needed to mail package, he had no intention of helping. He watched me struggle, and would then shortly give instruction. Instead of walking me through the process, he just watched and added a few comments until I was done. As an employee and representative of FedEx, he was worthless. Person with me also needed to mail some documents, but after watching his rudeness towards me, she refused to use the fedex service.

Have been scam about bringing me my money from your company
I have this problem frequently, I normally call and report it. Some drivers make a bad reputation for the whole business. I have this problem with the same driver for my location, and if it was my choice I would rather use UPS!
Number may not be available to curb phone call traffic, and tend to customers in store more. Possibly but not exactly sure why not.

Whoever's FedEx account # it was shipped on files for damaged claims.
FedEx is located on 23rd St, heading toward the airport, after the movie studio on the right hand side. UPS is also located not far from FedEx.
