Worst experience with any carrier. I paid over $130 to have packaged overnighted that I needed for a business trip and it was next day Saturday by 130PM service level. The package never came. When I called UPS Customer Service at 2:30PM to inquire where my package was I was told and I am quoting the representative here “I guarantee you your package will be delivered by 7PM today” needless to say it still didn’t come. So then I called back another 2 hours later after the tracking information was still the same and asked for a supervisor. I spoke to a supervisor who reached out to the UPS Customer Center in Wilmington. I was told that they told her (the supervisor at the call center) that the package didn’t make it because the shipment got there 2 minutes before the trucks were going out ( which is a lie according to the tracking info it got there at 9AM the trucks go out at 10 AM). So then I offered to drive the 45 minutes there and 45 minutes home to pick up my package. The supervisor then tried to contact the UPS Customer Center’s manager who didn’t answer. So she called back the customer center and conferenced them in. The rep from the customer said my package was on a trailer somewhere and they didn’t know which one and the trailers were locked but she would see if anybody had the keys to them and see if she could find my package (which it was scanned in at the center so they must have known what trailer it was on) and that she would give me a call back either way. Needless to say I never heard back. Worst experience shipping an urgent package ever. I now have to delay my travel plans and wait for UPS and to deliver my package late when it should have been on time for the amount of money I paid.

They lost my package and it's costing me hundreds of dollars a day. The young lady at the office tried her best to help with no results. I will definitely try my best to avoid ever using their service again.

Driver claims they attempted to deliver my package , Monday, Tuesday, and now Wednesday. I work from home. I have been here. No one knocked on my door or left a note. I've tried calling every number I can find for UPS and no one can help. Can't report the driver for failing to do his job.

I purchased something online it was shipped on 9/4/21 - I got a notice it was delivered on 9/10/21 @ 2:07pm. I'm home I checked both doors no package. I tried to call UPS on 9/11/21 can't talk to a person. I tried to file a claim only UPS doesn't let me file a claim. I talk to the seller she tries to make a claim and UPS won't let her. I go only and do the text messages thing and it asks 1 questions when you answer it tells you to make a claim then asks if this took care of the issue when you say no it asks the same question over and over. It's insane!!!! UPS also allows drivers to mark packages delivered up to 48 hours early so that they can meet there must have number of packages delivered. I'm so aggravated at this point we have spent hours trying to get someone and we aren't any further than we were when we started!

My package arrived in Wilmington on 8/20 at 2;30am and then marked as "processing" at 6:30am. There is no delivery date and it is marked as "delay". It is still that way today. Customer service is no help and I emailed UPS but have yet to get a reply

My suggestion is call the Wilmington center. Ask to speak with the On Road Supervisor or the Center Manager. Voice your concern with them. They can address it with your driver.

The 23rd st "Customer Service" phone number is actually the UPS nationwide phone number. The Postmaster won't help as it's not the USPS. The easiest way that I found to determine approximately when UPS will deliver in your area is to sign up for text message alerts. Say you purchase something from Amazon. Go into your account and sign up to get text alerts for when your package will be delivered. Just remember, there is a difference between UPS Ground Service, Overnight/2 day delivery Service, etc, and they're delivered by different drivers. The BEST method that I've found, is to flag down the UPS driver if you see him/her in your area and ask him/her. That's how I found out that Ground packages are delivered in my area between 6:30 to 7:30 pm, and Overnight/2 day packages are delivered in the early afternoon. Hope this helps!
