What is going on at this place? Package was scanned into Wilmington on the 24th. Is the 29th and I still have not received it, it has been IN Wilmington for five days now!! It has literally been 10 minutes away for 5 days now. Embarrassing.

My package arrived in Wilmington on 8/20 at 2;30am and then marked as "processing" at 6:30am. There is no delivery date and it is marked as "delay". It is still that way today. Customer service is no help and I emailed UPS but have yet to get a reply
