They don't have contracts anymore I was told, so month to month is what they have now. If you get a new phone it takes about two years to pay it off unless you pay the whole thing up front. So essentially, it is almost the equivalent to a two year contract if you choose to pay over time for a phone. This is unless you cancel phone service but still pay for the phone over time, which you won't be able to use without phone service. Hope that helps.
