Loved our experience at this location. We ran into some issues while trying to open an account, which was not even an AT&T problem but Ernie and the rest of the team thought about an alternate resolution to our situation and we were able to walk out of the store completely satisfied. He had a very friendly personality and answered all our numerous questions. Definitely a 5 star location, making sure your customers don’t leave the store without a resolution.

I took my son to get a new phone and we had the best experience with Greg. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process. He e en worked out some kinks with my phone. I've been to many Att stores all over the country and never have I had such good service all the way to him walking us out. Well worth the drive to Roanoke! Welleorth

I have had really good assistance at this store in the past. So when my hotspot option didn’t work I went in for help. Zeph was very aggressive in trying to upsell me on a different plan. When I declined he actually said he couldn’t help me because I wouldn’t change to the plan he wanted me to take. I insisted on getting a new e-sim card but Zeph wouldn’t install it and he didn’t advise me on how to do it on my own. After I left the Roanoke, TX store I had access to the hotspot option but I couldn’t make or receive calls or texts. Instead I ended up online with Sofia who did what Zeph wouldn’t and fixed my AT&T network issues without up selling me to a new plan.

I changed carriers, I wish now I didn't, for a change. Called AT&T in Roanoke and made sure they had what we wanted. Arrived and I decided that I would just pay the remaining balance off so not to have to worry about being under contract . WRONG! AT&T does put you under contract. By a CHEAP way. Since I paid off the phones they still bill me for the installment of the phones, then credit it back to me on the other side.This NEVER was passed on to me. So now I want to do an upgrade, which I am paying for the early upgrade as well, I can't with out paying an extra $200. Cheap CHEAP cheap!!! I don't recommend this store. Looks like they are just trying to push out phones. As for AT&T, real sneaky!!! Cheap business!
