Hazel went above and beyond to help me find the perfect engagement ring for my GF, now fiancé. I did not make it an easy process while shopping and she spent countless hours with me to make sure it was perfect, and also saved me a ton of money. Her knowledge of diamonds was extremely helpful too. This Kay is great. I drive 45 minutes just to go for jewelry cleaning and when I want to purchase jewelry because they are always really nice and I always leave with exactly what I want.

Only giving them a one star because I had to. They are absolutely horrible. Do not support Kay’s or Jared’s!!!! !!!! I sent my ring out to get redipped and they changed my ring!! It’s not what it used to be after they so called cleaned it. Warn all of your friends to never ever ever shop here!!! I warned you!!!!! If you want your ring to last. This is not where you want to get it from! They are both awful awful awful!!!!!!! I warned you all! Tell every single person you know!!!!!!

I have had a terrible time trying to get my engagement ring. It took 3 weeks to come in and then it was the wrong size. If I didn’t like the ring so much I would have taken my business elsewhere. My fiancé wanted me to have it for Valentines Day. If I’m lucky I’ll have it for St. Patrick’s day. I’m not a happy customer. I won’t be going to Kays for our wedding bands for sure.
