Zero stars, do not recommend. Party of 4 arrived at 1730, fairly empty dining area. 1 hour and 50 minutes later and no entrées were delivered. All the people who came in well after we placed our orders were served. When we asked the waitress what was going on she said they're working on it, and then proceeded to say the back of the house was short staffed. I understand that, what I didn't completely grasp was the amount of people who were served around us yet they claim they're short staffed in the back.

Called to order curbside take out for my son and was asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Why should I have to pay a tip for someone to walk a bag to my car? Pay your employees. I don't have any money myself, that's one reason why I didn't go inside. Then she stamped her feet practically running to the car and throwing the food in. If people don't like working there then they should quit. JFC

Good service, mediocre food AT BEST. I stayed away from the steak because last time I ordered one here it was burned terribly on one side (which they hid). They make a decent burger, but when you can't make a decent fry I don't see what the point is. A fresh burger with old stale fries is disappointing to say the least. The crusted parmesan chicken looked incredibly sad and I felt bad for the person who ordered it... And they also got stale fries. I know you're going to say you should only order steak here, but I tried that last time and it was one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life. I hope this place can improve, the servers have always been kind and attentive.
