Excellent. I walked in the door, was greeted by “May we help you”. I told the women what I was looking for. One of the staff said something to the effect I think I’ve got it. She showed me the fabric, it was too shining. She suggested turn it to the “wrong” side. It was perfect. I then shopped through the discontinued patterns. I found exactly what I wanted. The same woman helped me decide how much fabric I needed to customize my project. Excellent service, great fun, and, on top of that, a really good price! Win win!

Kathy and the rest of the staff were beyond incredible. I am a teacher and was buying supplies for my classroom. I needed hundreds of dollars in fabric, and they didn't complain at all!! They very kindly cut everything with care and precision, they greeted everyone who came in the store and spoke to almost every customer as they were leaving. One of the best Customwr Service experiences that I've ever had! They were so helpful, respectful, and patient with the very large purchase i had. I would 100% recommend this place, and i will be back!! Such a fantastic store! They have any kind of sewing, quilting, knitting thread, yarn, fabric you could imagine. Whether it's an indoor or outdoor project. They also have a lot of experience and I watched the staff assist customer after customer with precision and care. Amazing!!!

From a beginner sewer, I went into the store with intentions of making flannel masks for my family and friends for the holiday. I went in and grabbed my different flannel fabrics and went to the front desk to check out. I explained to the worker that I a beginner sewer and I want to make 20 masks for my family. She gave me a yard of each fabric which was appropriate, and when she asked me how many elastics I needed I said forty pairs thinking they were a set. She cut me forty feet of elastic (I didn't speak up because I am socially anxious and this was a terrible situation). Anyway, I explained to my mom who is an experience sewer and told me that was too much elastic and I should try to return 36 feet of it. I went the next day to return the untouched elastic, and the same worker told me they will take it back but only give me 20% back. Hello? I feel that they low key took advantage of the beginner sewer not knowing what she is doing and asking for help. P.S. I think they are a front.
