They are rude to you when they find out you don't qualify. The lady rush me off the phone. She literally hung up on me π

My contact person was very unprofessional. I received the first call but nothing after that. I contacted them again and the contact person never returned my call. Two weeks later when I called back the contact person voice mail was full so I could not leave a message. When I did get in contact with them it was weeks later only to let me know I was denied a loan. It was not worth the time.

Single words to describe my experience with Tribeca: kind, fast, responsive, understanding, honest, easy, grateful. Thank you Rory and Candice. Simply awesome. Took away so much stress waiting for court system to move along. PAX/jc

At the very least with each status change, including: when your application is received, your attorney is contacted, when we are awaiting documentation from your law firm, possible additional case documents are needed, a possible attorney consultation with our underwriter, your case is under review, during contract preparation or contract execution, or when funds are sent.
None, just a short series of questions surrounding your case. Then basic documentation is requested from your law firm to establish liability, damages, and source of recovery.
