I live in pasco, but I lived out in benton county almost all of my life so every now and then its still a habit to look up benton County and i ended up calling about internet. So long story short i ended up speaking with Eric and he got me on the right track very kindly let me know he could not help me other then get me connected to the right folks. Day or night they've helped me out with internet problems, an have always resolved them in a timely fashion. Very east to work with an great customer service. I use to have charter an when I found out I couldn't get it when I moved, I called these guys an they've been amazing to work with. Highly recommend them to anyone who can't get the name brand internet. Anyone who says its slow must be doing alot with the internet, I can play my playstation 5 online on call of duty while my wife watches Netflix without any problems. Works great for us

Eric knocked it out of the park! Professional, personable, and obviously knowledgeable. He made sure I was set up for success installing a mesh system that I purchased, and made sure all my devices were able to connect throughout the house. He kept me informed of everything he was doing, and if I didn't understand something, he explained it in plain language. Great guy!! Represented BREA extremely well.
