Went to buy a new phone for my 11 year old son and and the representative was upset because I disagreed with her. I started to leave to go to the other store, the representative for Verizon said get the F-BOMB out of my store!! Very bad attitude. Called management and explained and said look on the CCTV. The manager asked me if I hit a sign I said no, I slapped a sign after your Verizon representative cussed at me and my son. His reply was don't come back in my store!! No problem. I completely dumped Verizon. 8 lines. Went with T-mobile. You are a lousy company and I hope your doors close permanently.

I would not go here, stay away from this place. I just stopped by for help with my pixel6 and the owner was very rude and very condescending. It's no wonder the shop wasn't busy.

Grace was super informative and quick to get me in and out. Only problem was being a weekend, most people have the time to go into stores. So, Wasn’t wise to to Grace by herself working when they’re were several customers waiting to be seen. But Grace was great!

William (Will) was simply the best!! He was very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful with all of my many questions! He made the process of upgrading my phone and getting a phone for our daughter as seamless as it could be. He made sure everything on my new phone was working before I left! He is a great young man and does a wonderful job with customers! Great job William!!
