Come here and ask to see Danielle. My boyfriend and I were looking to switch so we could have a plan together. I had been a AT&T customer for over 18 years and was tired of paying way more than needed. My boyfriend had a shared family plan with his folks but due to their age, they get a lower rate. We came to this location and we were helped by Danielle who, in my opinion, is a wizard. We spent maybe a total of 30 minutes there to do everything. It was one of the easiest processes and I genuinely thought it was going to be a hassle. One of the main reasons I stayed with AT&T as long as I did is because normally, the switch process is a drag. Danielle made it so easy. Looking forward to saving a lot of money. Thanks!

I went in to update my Sim card from Sprint to T Mobile. The young lady helping me was new. From what I understand, every csr at the counter was new. Seemed like it was going to be relatively quick but the young lady ran into a problem and needed the person in charge at the time there to enter a code to complete my transaction. She asked another worker to go into the back to let "Danielle" know that she needed help. The response she got was..."She said to tell you she will be out in a minute, she is on the phone right now". I proceeded to wait an additional 30 minutes or more for her to come and help the NEW associate with what she could not do without her help. None of the other car's new how to help. When the one in charge finally came out, she never smiled, never looked at me and never said a word to me as in.."sorry for the wait", nor did she "kindly" explain to the new girl what needed to be done. It took all of a simple moment (not even 30 seconds) to enter the code so she could complete the transaction. The feeling in the store..as another customer waiting stated was..heavy and awkward, dark and dreary. I would rather go to the store across town than to ever go back to this particular TMobile again. Training is important for new employees, teaching them that a phone call is more important than a customer..is not what I would call..proper training for Customer Service!!
