I came in to get my new phone and Josh was absolutely amazing. He walked me through the new phone and he also set it up for me. He was very informative, fantastic customer service, even with the people before me. I will definitely be coming to the store from now on. I dont mind driving for the great customer service and amazing attitude!!!!!

****CAUTION**** I went into a TCC owned "Authorized Dealer" to get my wife an upgrade on her old phone. Salesperson proceeded to go in depth on calculating the rebate ($700) we would get on trading in our phones and what our new bill would look like. Being a professional with 4 year degree in Economics who has run 2 business, I am capable of making a financial decision easily- when given the CORRECT information. After getting the "Future Bill" from Verizon, I see my wife is only getting $350 credit ?!?. After talking DIRECTLY with Verizon my wife's phone was never eligible for the $700. I see it as either a mistake by the sales person or deceitful business practices. After getting no answers from sales person, I confronted the TCC Store Manager Andy with this issue. He responded ,"You heard wrong". "There is nothing I can do and I don't know what my sales people say." Just so you know, you will get charged fees that are not typical "upgrade fees $35" from actually Verizon (you'll still get those though). 5 existing lines $29.99 each, plus added 5G home $29.99, so $179 + Verizon's charges $175. BE CAREFUL- MAYBE JUST USE VERIZON ONLINE SERVICES DIRECTLY.

Rachel was amazing at the Washington Square store in North Canton, OH. She took her time and explained everything about our phones to us. She was friendly and proficient. Even though it was getting close to quitting time, she never made us feel like we needed to rush. The store is comfortable with places to sit. Not crowded which made for a relaxing experience. Buy your phone from Rachel!
